Prophecy

A prophecy is a prediction of the future. Traditionally it is spoken by a prophet who is said to have divine power. Despite lack of scientific support, prophecies continue to enthrall millions of people around the world.

Prophecy has firm roots in almost all religions and cultures of the ancient world. In the Bible, prophecy is considered as one of the five ministries of the Holy Spirit. In Islam, Prophet Muhammad was known for his prophecies.

Skeptics have never agreed with prophecies, they consider them misinterpretations.

Nostradamus is one of the most famous prophets and he remains popular even now.
